Georgios Stavrou Paschos (IEEE M99) was born in Athens, Greece, in 1978. He received his Diploma in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Polytechnic School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki (2002) and the Ph.D. degree in Telecommunications Quality of Service in the school of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in the University of Patras, Greece (2006). He is currently in the Hellenic Forces for his one-year duty, finishing in February 2007. Research interests:
